Dr. Christopher Ryan Maboloc is Plenary Speaker in UST Graduate School Philosophy Conference

  Dr. Christopher Ryan Maboloc has been invited as plenary speaker in the Philosophy Graduate School Conference at the University of Santo Tomas on "Christianity and the Philippine Intellectual Landscape." The virtual event, slated from April 26 to 30 this year, will gather top scholars and graduate students around the country to discuss on the various sub-topics related to the above theme.  

Dr. Anesito Cutillas to present paper in the 15th International Public Health Conference

Dr. Anesito Cutillas of Cebu Technological University will present his research paper entitled "Honneth's Theory of Recognition and its relevance to Elderly People amidst the Covid 19 Pandemic" in the 15th International Public Health Conference hosted by the American University of Sovereign Nations this coming March 5-7, 2021. Dr. Cutillas will look into the issue of discrimination and how elderly people are at the marginal end of the restrictions and lockdowns. The virtual event will be joined by doctors and academicians around the world. 

Gerry Arambala to present paper in 15th International Public Health Conference

Mr. Gerry Arambala, faculty of philosophy at La Salle University - Ozamiz will be co-presenting a paper entitled "World Poverty and the New Normal" in the 15th International Public Healrh Conference, a virtual event hosted by the American University of Sovereign Nations, this coming March 5-7, 2021. Dr. Christopher Ryan Maboloc, Visiting Professor at AUSN, is the co-author of the paper. Mr. Arambala is presently doing his research on global poverty under Dr. Ryan Urbano, his adviser. The paper discusses the socio-economic impact of the pandemic and policy implications pertaining to the new normal.

Aldrin Quintero to present paper in 14th International Public Health Conference

  Mr. Aldrin Quintero, philosophy and ethics professor at the Notre Dame of Marbel University, will present his paper "Philosophical Approaches of Justice in Health Care: Welfare and Equal Opportunity," in the 14th Imternational Public Health Conference hosted by the American University of Sovereign Nations this coming February 5-7, 2021. The virtual event will be joined by global scholars and will discuss issues related to the Covid 19 pandemic.
