Dr. Christopher Ryan Maboloc delivered his lecture as a Visiting Scholar at the School of Management of Lanzhou University last July 1, 2026. It was attended by the faculty and graduate students, including some members of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The title of Dr. Maboloc's lecture during the academic exchange was "Leadership, Inclusive Policy Making, and theMoral Training of Citizens." It was focused on how Confucian values enable the moral training of citizens towards the realization of justice and harmony. Dr. Maboloc emphasized the importance of serving the people as the main component of social justice. The job of the government he explained is to be able to meet the expectations of the people. China is the proof of the success of the Social Governance model that largely incorporates the Confucian ideal. The academic exchange was well-received. Assoc.
