Dr. Anesito Cutillas of Cebu Technological University - Argao Campus will lead the Panel Discussion on the T'Boli and Ovu Manobo Research Project at the International Ethics Conference at Waseda University in Tokyo this September. The research was conducted by CTU and North Valley College faculty last April and May 2025 in South and North Cotabato. The research was funded by the Department of Science and Technology. Dr. Cutillas is the research project director. Dr. Cutillas and Dr. Bayod will be joined by Dr. Rogelio Bayod and Dr. Christopher Ryan Maboloc. Their investigation looked into the influence of modern technology on IP groups and communities, climate resilience, peace and conflict resolution practices.
