Dr. Juichiro Tanabe is Keynote Speaker in BISU Philosophy Conference

Dr. Juichiro Tanabe of Waseda University in Tokyo will be the Keynote Speaker in the 1st Technological Innovation, Gender Equality, and Sustainability Conference in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, to be hosted by Bohol Island State University on December 9, 2023. This was revealed by Prof. Francis Jeus Ibanez, the research coordinator at the College of Advanced Studies and conference organizer.

Dr. Tanabe will discuss his Philosophy of Peace. Dr. Tanabe will be joined by Dr. Ruby Suazo of the University of San Carlos, Dr. Noel Parinas of UPLB, Dr. Godiva Eviota-Rivera of MSU Marawi, and Dr. Christopher Ryan Maboloc of Ateneo de Davao University. Context and Culture: Situating Mindanao's Position in the General Education Curriculum
