Gerry Arambala, chair of philosophy at La Salle University in Ozamiz, will present his seminal research on the relationship between the Capability Approach and genetic engineering in the first SES Hybrid conference this October 26, 2020. The virtual event will be attended by 83 SES members nationwide. Arambala has previously published a paper on the subject matter in the Asian Journal of Comparative Politics.
