PD Bruce Colao is Plenary Speaker in the 5th Politics and Culture Conference

PD Bruce Colao of the Department of the Interior and Local Government will speak about the role of grassroots leadership in the 5th Politics and Culture Conference this coming May 5 and 6, 2023, which will be hosted jointly by MSU-IIT and Cor Jesu College. The conference is online.

PD Colao has a wealth of experience in the field of local governance. He has delivered lectures at the Development Academy of the Philippines and was trained in democracy and governance in the Konrad Adenaeur Stiftung in Bonn and Berlin, Germany. The theme of the conference is Grassroots Philosophies in the Philippines.
